Lady Chatterly's Lover
Volumes could be said about this masterpiece, that came out long before it maybe should have. The world was not ready for the sheer sexuality, love scenes or really even the moral dilemma that Connie faces when she becomes pregnant. The fact that the book was banned after it came out is a reflection of societal morals in those days. Things have changed, to an incredible degree, but certain laws, likelihoods and consequences will remain forever. Mess with certain laws, and you will have to face consequences.
