Leadership Pipeline

Leadership is more of an art than a science, which leaves a degree of subjectivity to determine what makes a truly great leader.  The Leadership Pipeline provides a solid foundation of leadership development focusing on the character traits and the leadership skills necessary to lead effectively.  In the first level, the Rookie Level, the focus of the material is the necessary skills needed to lead yourself in preparation of leading others.
