Errors
Things like "he lung toward him" instead of lunge. And some parts make no sense - she's stabbed in the leg, it seems serious and needs stitches, and then a little while later she takes off running through the woods with no mention of the wound or leg bothering her.

So hard to read. I tried, and failed to finish it. Fire the editor, unless they are 7 years old. Because that’s how this story was. All over the map. Poor grammar. Sentences that made absolutely no sense. And seriously? She’s pregnant? And see knew that two days after having sex? WAS it written by a 7 year old too?
