Leigh Matthews

Leigh Matthews, who played 332 games for Hawthorn between 1969-85, was the most contemporary of the 12 original Legends inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 1996. He won four premierships and kicked 915 goals. He went on to a successful coaching career at Collingwood and Brisbane, winning four more premierships, three in a row with the Lions (2001-03).
