Publisher Description
*This new version of Lily Foster’s debut novel features a series prequel and other bonus content*
Do you remember the day we met?
I was sitting across from you. My boyfriend was sitting next to me.
It was never a love triangle. Any feelings I had for him had long since faded, and he had no one to blame for that train wreck but himself.
I thought I was leaving for good.
But I came back…for you.
Do you remember the day you came back?
You were gone for so long.
Thought I lost you when I’d never had you to begin with.
I hated him for running you off, and hated myself for the person I’d become.
I wasn’t good enough then.
But I changed…for you.

Triangle? Not really
I was a little disappointed while I loved other Lily Foster novels.
The beginning of the book with Nick's story really hooked me. I had the impression that it would be a novel with "three visions", that we could see redemption and reconstruction for Nick . In the end, nothing.
First half, Tom is mature in the relationship but not Darcy. She does not speak for herself, does not find itself, does not communicate.
Second half is the opposite. Mature Tom becomes so guilty that he makes rash decisions, fails to communicate, sees no future, no options.
I also found some characters useless. Although sad, Jenna and Dan's story seemed pointless to me and only brought more heaviness.
