Let's Dance

D.J. loves music and enjoys dancing. He sways, spins, twirls, and pivots in his wheelchair whenever he hears the rhythm of the beats. So, when he heard about the Community Spring Fling, he couldn't wait to go. But once he got to the dance, he began to wonder if there would be room for him on the dance floor, and if the other kids would understand how he moves. With rhythm in his wheels, D.J. sets out to show that dancing isn't just about moving your feet.

About the Author

Christina Williamson is a children's picture book author blessed to be the mother of five and grandmother to four amazing grandchildren who all inspire her stories. Christina has enjoyed writing since a young age, but retirement has provided the opportunity to explore her passion further. She seeks to write children's stories that spark the imagination of young readers. Her books include: Nancy Nurse What Do You Do?, Grandma's Gone to Heaven, A Child's Bedtime Prayer, Wee Willy Wallaby: What Do You Want to Be?, and Auntie Lou There's a Boat in Your Shoe. Christina resides with her husband, David, in Springdale, Arkansas.
