Lexham Gardens

The brief for this project was to convert a basement flat to this mansion block in Kensington and fully refurbish to a high standard, suitable for re-sale or to let.


An existing rear kitchen extension was rebuilt with a larger footprint, incorporating a frameless glass box, with sliding doors opening onto a landscaped courtyard. This maximised the daylight into the kitchen, dining and living room.
