It is a fantastic historical view and offers insight into a time not familiar to most people. It is a journey that you will not soon forget and the visions brought forth by the author are vivid and clear.
The author is an expert on the area and has also written about many social aspects not often covered during that period of time. The style is easy to read and easy to digest making the book a must have for any world travel fan and history buffs. As the author moves you through towns and areas, the descriptions are vivid and memorable. It is a great time piece. During the early 1900’s Morocco was a source of mystery and adventure and the author carries that mystic well.
