Publisher Description
Not everything in life is black and white. Some things are less clearly defined. Take daydreams, seeming so real for that brief moment in time. Or the seaside: is that strip of damp sand part of the land, or of the sea?
A number of the poems in this collection deal with those liminal, undefined places where certainty never visits, the haunts of imagination, of dreams and fears, a gateway to… well, only the experiencer can know.
Not all the poems, however. There's one that plays on the dual meanings of mull. Some are fanciful. A few speak to my own despair at the state of our world. And I do trust you like, or can at least tolerate, cats. A mixed bag.
I hope you'll find a few poems that resonate with you, or better yet, that inspire you to take out pen and paper and write a better one.
Read and enjoy.
