Little China wants to fly his kite in the wonderful windy day but it seems it is impossible to make it fly. Suddenly he realises that the wind has gone but where did it go ? All the friends come to help him fly the kite but it is impossible with out the wind. Where did the wind go ? Was it stolen ? Who would do that ? They have to find it or the kite might never fly.
