This a collection of homemade recipes prepared by a mother and wife for her family. All the meals are family favorites that Mary raised her kids on. There is something for everyone  here from from American to Mexican as well as some fun twists on deserts. As a bonus some of the recipes feature a health tips section that highlights the vitamins and or health benefits of ingredients featured in that recipe. There are also some personal stories from people who have enjoyed some of the meals in the book.
