Nice addition to the series
I didn't know what to expect of this novel in the Helena Grove series since I hadn't read the synopsis before reading. I was very pleasantly surprised with the content and new direction of this book! You could for sure read this book without reading the others in the series but knowing the background of each character is nice, although not necessary. This was a lovely story of Aunt Gabby's life growing up with lots of ups and downs. I felt her character easily connects with the reader. Overall, a quick and wonderful read!
