This book is for anyone and everyone to read, hopefully in reading this book if you or a loved one have experienced or are currently experiencing domestic violence or abuse, this book will help you recover and overcome your circumstances and situations. Domestic violence is NOT ok, it is NOT your fault, and there are people who will help you. If I help anyone who reads this book avoid, adapt or overcome domestic violence I feel I have done a great thing.
