Luva the Ruler

After her work in Kimethia, Luva is given a new mission. Tarboetia, the former western province of the Nuvum Empire, is now a land overrun by feuding warlords. Some warlords might be engaging in piracy, which is a concern to Luva’s ruler and his allies.

How can Luva deal with this chaos without risking too much violence? In what ways will her life change in accepting this mission?
