Marilyn Robertson v. Reliable Life

Gunn, P.J. Plaintiff appeals from the trial court's finding that a policy of insurance issued by defendant, The Reliable Life Insurance Company, covering her deceased husband's life was void for premium nonpayment. Plaintiff alleges that the policy premiums had been paid, or, in the alternative, that Reliable Life had waived any forfeiture of the policy. We affirm the judgment.
