In 2001, the United States Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, famously

said in an interview on CBS that he had discovered approximately 2.3

trillion dollars missing from the previous military budget. Let that sink

in for just a moment. 2.3 trillion dollars missing from the past budget. The

next day, the 9/11 attacks were carried out, and Mr. Rumsfeld, who vowed to

find those missing funds, never publicly mentioned them again. Where could

those trillions have gone? The answer is anywhere…..and that’s the scary part.
