Miranda and the Space Pirates or How Haven Rock Was Saved

This is the adventure-filled story of a family which decides to homestead in the asteroid belt.

The Anderson clan already live in a space habitat in high Earth orbit. But being discontent with social conditions there, they decide to purchase a mass-driver propelled space craft and head out to the asteroid belt to become one of the first families to homestead there.
