SEXY DARE is the first instalment in Carly Phillips contemporary, adult THE SEXY erotic, romance series, a cross-over with the author’s DARE series. This is billionaire nightclub owner Jason Dare, and twenty-five year old, candy maker Faith Lancaster’s storyline. SEXY DARE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the DARE series is revealed where necessary. Several characters cross-over for cohesion and familiarity.

Told from dual third person perspectives (Jason and Faith) SEXY DARE follows the building relationship between billionaire nightclub owner Jason Dare, and twenty-five year old, candy maker Faith Lancaster. Faith Lancaster owns the candy story Sweet Treats, and is hoping some of the local merchants will help promote and sell her candy but a flat tire finds Faith in need of assistance, a flat tire that looks suspicious to our storyline hero. Enter billionaire nightclub owner Jason Dare, the man with whom Faith would fall in love. What ensues is the building relationship between Jason and Faith, and the potential fall-out as their time together draws to a close.

Faith Lancaster is in hiding from her past but her past is about to destroy her well-ordered world. After a series of attacks against her business and home, Jason offers up his apartment to our storyline heroine, an offer that brings our couple closer together. Jason Dare doesn’t do relationships in the aftermath of his father’s numerous affairs and revelations of a secret family but watching his siblings find their own happily ever after finds Jason pining for a future with the woman that calls to his heart.

The relationship between Faith and Jason is one of immediate attraction. Faith is a woman who is trying to stay one step ahead of her past, a past that is demanding everything and more. When Jason offers up the safety and solitude of his own private quarters, Faith finds herself falling for a man who refuses to fall for anyone else. The chemistry is sizzling; the $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

We are introduced to Jason’s business partners at Club TEN29- Tanner Grayson and Landon Bennett: Jason’s sister Sienna and brother in law Ethan Knight: his cousin Gabriel Dare and wife Izzy; Faith’s employee Kelsey Johnson; and Faith’s brother Colton.
