Publisher Description
When Santa offers efficiency expert Holly Jamison a job at the North Pole, she's delighted to accept. It's not that she loves the Christmas holidays. Far from it. Everywhere she looks, from the piles of presents to the thousands of cheery elves hard at work, Holly sees ways to improve the whole operation. Even Nick Claus, Santa's charming son, fails to draw Holly into the holiday spirit. Holly has to admit that Nick's charismatic and handsome, but his fun-loving side doesn't mask his lack of a work ethic. It's only when Holly cancels Nick's pet project, and jeopardizes Christmas for thousands of children, that she realizes that the man she discounts as a total slacker might be the only one who can teach her about the joy of Christmas.

A charming, light-hearted Christmas romance
Holly Jameson is hired by Santa to be an efficiency expert despite her negative feelings about Christmas. Nicholas Claus, Santa’s son is charming and Holly is drawn to him but he appears to be the opposite of efficient. Can two opposites come together.
This is a charming, light-hearted, Christmas romantic comedy set is the magical place of the North Pole. The characters are fun, full of determination and some totally filled with the magic of Christmas. The storyline is easy to read and is chalked full of elves, wonderful Christmas scenes and of course obstacles to the romance. The best part of the story is how Holly works toward making life altering changes. I love easy to read, heart warming, Christmas stories like this. They help me get into the holiday spirit. What a wonderful story to read to get your Christmas going.

It’s cute, and sweet, and I ended up in tears I wasn’t expecting at all
It’s cute, and sweet, and I ended up in tears I wasn’t expecting at all. Holly is such a driven, Type-A overachiever. And she’s a bit of a grinch, too. She’s got lots of good, valid, reasons for disliking the Christmas season, but it still took a lot of effort for me to like her. But, like the moment the Grinch’s heart grew, when Holly finally has her revelation, it’s a deeply emotional experience. I think it hit me especially hard because I was part of a Christmas miracle just like it. And that scene makes me remember everything about that time. Saint Nick is a bit of a charming rogue. He has a heart of gold-plated marshmallow; he just has fun trying to convince everyone he doesn’t. This pair has a lot to work through, but once everything’s said and done, I think they’re going to be wonderful together.
