Mubu & Mu-Mu

The book tells the story of 6 year old Mubu's adventure in helping a baby Gibbon's hand heal well enough to be

returned to the wild. It's a very sweet story with great illustrations throughout.

The book is based on the life of Sangduen "Lek" Chailert and her childhood in

Thailand.

After the story, photos of different types of Gibbons and educational information on

them are given. You also learn that "Lek" created an Elephant Nature park in the 1990s.

Pictures of Lek and her animal friends are also provided.

 This is a great book for any child who loves animals and has a desire to help them.

This series will be continuing with "Mubu and the Ghosts & the Tiger" and many other stories about "Lek's" exciting

childhood.
