Murder Doubles Down

This novel takes place in early 1980 in Las Vegas. Private detective, Scotty York would rather gamble than work and will only take a case when he's broke. A beautiful publishing heiress sets out to break him so he will clear her of murdering her boyfriend, a Blackjack Counter and accused cheater. The case takes Scotty on a romp through Las Vegas that includes the widow, a casino owner, a step-son, a mystery writer and various mob types. After he solves the case he still needs to find a missing two hundred thousand dollars!
