This book is a continued effort to encourage ordinary men to have faith and to face up to day to day problems. It is also a study of the human spirit, which in addition to having the responsibility of fulfilling the obligations of this life, should consider those spirits with a life yet to come.


There may be a day in future years, when an insecure, freckled faced lad will read all, or part of this book. It is the authors hope that when he does, his head will be held just a little higher; his shoulders will be just a little straighter; and he will thereafter wear the smile of confidence.
