In 1952, a medical doctor tried to create a society of peace and renewal by changing the wave patterns in the human brain to make that person a model upstanding citizen of the community and not a roving street thug and criminal. The doctor through his own neglected mistake changed a dying person into coming back as a living spirit whose only want is to kill to survive as a forever ghost.
