APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
The latest cookbook from Toronto blogger and vegan-food guru Angela Liddon is a boon for any family whose dietary aspirations are undermined by considerations of time and/or money. The title features simple, gorgeous dishes made with easy-to-get grocery-store ingredients: not-boring salads, warming, protein-dense mains (the Lentil-Mushroom Bolognese is a standout), and nutritious indulgences (yam-bolstered chocolate pudding!). Liddon’s voice is engaging and chatty, and her personal anecdotes add real-world context to revelatory recipes.
Oh She Glows Every Day
I borrowed the cookbook from a friend & really like it. I downloaded it as an iBook but many/most of the pictures don’t show up. That’s the best part of a cookbook…all the pics. Anyone have any answers?
