Old Christmas
Washington Irving renders a wonderful reminiscent tale for us in this short book. I found it fascinating to learn of different customs from days of yore. The language used is so old as well, vocabulary that is now considered archaic only serves to enhance the tale, and put you in the “Christmas Spirit.”
