Young Valli tries to battle her English language deficiency on her way to big things. And Prabha struggles to strike a balance between her love for good food, and her love of God.

As the world has changed over the last decade, women have come to face new challenges in addition to the old ones. This collection of fifteen stories acknowledges the problems and recognises the struggles - big and small. We have such a long way to go before our girls see a semblance of fairness in this world.
