Zoe and Tod, newly retired, set out on a second honeymoon to Yosemite in search of renewal. Amid majestic cliffs and crystalline waterfalls, they encounter strange signs, vivid dreams, and a mysterious stranger who guides them toward a mountain—and an invisible threshold. When they vanish without a trace, their journey is far from over. Transported into a luminous in-between realm, they are welcomed by a radiant guide and drawn into a soul-journey across landscapes shaped by color, memory, and spirit. In each realm—orange, violet, green, blue, black, and white—they face experiences that challenge their assumptions and invite surrender, healing, and awakening. Their journey deepens when they encounter people who still carry hurts and earthly possessions, for which Tod and Zoe try to help them discard. Part love story, part metaphysical fable, this two-part narrative explores the mystery of life's later chapters—and what might come after. It's not a story about endings, but of transformation, wonder, and the deepening of love across worlds.
