On the Scene II picks up with lives being held in the balance as a struggle to save the life of his injured spouse is in the hands of a team of surgeons. A tragic accident lands another child in Kevin's family. Life and Death situations as well as problems with the media and sexual harrassment complicate the lives of our characters.
