"The poverty alleviating in “Four North Counties” of Xianyang, Shanxi Province is another journey after for the poverty alleviation team of Bank of China, after Longyan, Fujian Province. in 2002, the Bank of China has marched from the coastline of East China Sea to the dry inland of North-West China, and kept the long-lasting Red Genes in this land. The “Four North Counties” lie in the interior of Loess Plateau. Although the overlapping ridges has recorded the glory of old revolutionary zone, the dream of shaking off the poverty for people living here was also blocked. With the tenet of “China's wealth, for China's use”, the Bank of China has innovatively carried out the historic duty of “integrating the world, benefiting the society”, conducting the poverty alleviation programme with the method of “Ten-units-put-together”, and finally, conquered the evil dragon of poverty."
