An explosive memoir of workplace-related depression and recovery - the book the Globe, Manulife and Doubleday didn’t want you to see. Jan Wong, a journalist at the top of her game, wrote a story that sparked a violent backlash, including death threats. For the first time in her life she spiraled into clinical depression. Her newspaper accused her of feigning illness, and fired her.

Out of the Blue
A great book about an intensely personal topic.
I have been a long time reader and had only vaguely recalled the incident at Dawson in Montreal that precipitated events that lead to this book.
Somewhat ironic that as I write this Montreal is experiencing yet another siege upon its educational institutions and on the streets.
I will go back and read the works that I have missed.
