Evil and cunning, dark elves are a threat to the world. What they lack in numbers they make up for in magical prowess, particularly in death magics. In their underground cities, only the constant vigilance of the above ground people and the dark elves aversion to sunlight keep them in check. But one dark elf has had enough. Sickened by the evil and cruelty of her people, Zyrith Crystalheart has fled her home in search of a better way of life. However, every hand is turned against her. There seems to be no place for her in the world. Where can a lonely dark elf find a home? In the unlikeliest of places… amongst some of her people's fiercest enemies…
