If you like to hear the ugly truth about those foods you think you love - then this book is for you! Great read, very informative and eye opening!
Not worth the money
I was really disappointed on this book. It seemed to drag on about everything but food facts / looking at the food processing industry. I wouldn't recommend buying this.
