Pariah

When mechanical problems strand the Commandos on the ocean planet Elaine of Avalon, the unit struggles to get their ship airborne again. Unfortunately, this tiny world suffered a tragic loss at the hands of the Arcturians during the War. Specifically, at the hands of one Admiral Varn Tarl Sogan. It’s a wound they never forgot. They want revenge.

As the commandos grapple with an escalating conspiracy, the planet itself seems set against them. The monsters of Elaine’s deeps swirl to the surface, barracands with teeth the size of sabers and the even more enigmatic leviathans, all of them ravenous and waiting for the slightest mistake. The Commandos are pushed to the brink to defend one another, but even the best-trained commando unit can’t fight a tidal wave.
