Patty's War

‘Patty’s War’ concludes the exciting story that opened with ‘Patty’s Flight’.

After discovering that the invading aliens have taken Alan, her kid brother, Patty plans to invade the aliens’ enormous mothership and retrieve Alan. She knows this is an almost suicidal task but cannot face the thought of finding her parents, not having at least tried to get him back. She knows she cannot win this war and does not even try. Her mad scheme will probably fail but she needs to salvage a little self-respect.

While Patty follows her own path, she cannot help but disrupt the aliens’ invasion plans. All she wants is to get her family back together but Patty soon discovers her little ship has propelled her into being a pivotal player in the war. She must put aside her human desires, abandon her family and truly embrace the aliens and their culture if she has any hope of ending this wasteful conflict.
