Peacemaking

Peacemaking: Family Activities for Justice and Peace, consists of two volumes. Vol. 1, Facing Challenges and Embracing Opportunities, integrates theory and practical advice for families, educators, and community leaders on eight themes. Vol. 2, Examining Values, Developing Skills, and Acting for Peace in the Family, the Community, and the World, includes a variety of family activities: some light and lively, some that foster personal discovery, and some that encourage deeper reflection on each of these eight themes. Each volume includes a section devoted to Interfaith Prayer Services for families and small groups, as well as a Resource Guide and Bibliography. The activities can be adapted for people of all ages.
