Brilliant Reality
Grant's memoir is so clearly and crisply written that it is as exciting to read as a modern novel. The " matter of fact " style and understated discussion of brutal struggle and slaughter add to the impact. No wonder this book became a massive best seller when it was published. I just wonder why it isn't more widely known today. Enjoy!
