This is a textbook designed for the Photo 2 students at The Southwest Career and Technical Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada. These lessons cover a number of topics, including Photojournalism, an introduction to studio lighting, architectural photography, minimalism, self-portraiture, and others. There are a total of twenty lessons and these can be modified easily (and with the author’s permission) for any advanced level high school photography class. The author is a former U.S.Navy Photographer’s Mate with nearly 50 years of experience in the field of photography. He currently teaches photography and video production.
