This book is a collection of thoughts, ideas, education and experiences regarding goal-setting, grocery shopping, food preparation, meal planning, and overall nutrition I’ve collected over the past 12 years or so of bodybuilding, powerlifting, and personal training. My knowledge stems from real world application, and much of it comes from working with myself, training partners, and clients - all of which have experienced tremendous success.

I have been actively competing in fitness for nearly 10 years, first in Bodybuilding (2005-2007), and now in Powerlifting (2007-Present). In powerlifting I have medalled 6 times at Canadians, as well as hold a 1 World Record and 10 Canadian Records. I also own and operate Xconditioning, a performance fitness centre in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada, where I coach and instruct hundreds of clients on fitness, wellness, and nutrition.
