MAC, who has the uncanny ability to not only advise Flanker but also read his mind, carefully helps him piece together the details of his life. As his attachment to MAC and the others grows, Flanker learns more about the tragedies he had been running from before he hit his head, and he begins to understand how he can save himself, his marriage and his future.
