you are an open notebook full of my flows,

Mere words others haven’t heard me speak

Various pages ripped out

Numerous stanza being strategically placed

As I cut and paste thoughts once fiction

Exposing antiquated guilt of two black men foolishly in love from the start

Rearranging a plot now personified and ravaged vocally by love’s 

poetic violence...
