Alper T. Bulut is Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations at Karadeniz Technical University, Turkey. His primary field is comparative politics with a focus on political parties, legislative agenda setting, and policy responsiveness. His work has been published or is forthcoming in journals such as Comparative PoliticsElectoral StudiesParty Politics and Parliamentary Affairs.
T. Murat Yildirim is Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Media and Social Sciences at University of Stavanger, Norway. His research focuses on themes relating to empirical democratic theory and public policy, such as issue prioritization among political elites and voters, and gender differences in policy preferences. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in the Journal of European Public PolicyParty Politics and Policy Studies Journal.
