Queen Mary I

Step into the bustling Tudor village where news travels by bell, peasants gossip over ale, and the fate of England hangs on every royal announcement.  The Turbulent Tudors: Mary Tudor is a lively, humorous children's play that brings one of history's most dramatic moments to life — perfect for classrooms, assemblies, drama clubs, and young performers.

When King Henry VIII dies, the villagers rely on their beloved Town Crier, Mr Parsnip, to shout the latest updates. But Tudor England is changing fast. Young Edward VI is sick, Lady Jane Grey unexpectedly becomes queen, and before anyone can catch their breath, Mary Tudor seizes the throne and demands the country return to the old Catholic faith.
