Publisher Description

“We all lie like hell,” says Dr. Brad Blanton. "It wears us out...it is the major source of all human stress. It kills us."

But you *CAN* escape the jail of your mind! For over 20 years, Radical Honesty has helped tens of thousands of people do exactly that.

This is not a kinder, gentler self-help book. Dr. Blanton, a psychotherapist and expert on stress management, explores the myths, superstitions and lies by which we all live.

He shows us how stress comes not from the environment, but from the self-built jail of the mind.

And what keeps you in our self-built jails is *lying.*

Not telling your friends, lovers, spouses, or bosses about what you do, feel, or think keeps you locked in that mind jail.

The way out is to get good at telling the truth, and Dr. Blanton provides the practical tools you can use to escape from that jail of the mind. This book is the cake with the file in it.

In Radical Honesty, Dr. Blanton helps you:

… have a life that works

… have relationships that are alive and passionate

…create intimacy where none exists

…get over sh*t and be happy.

Get Radical Honesty today and let the truth set you free!

Not worth the money

An interesting point of view honesty, for which many arguments I disagree on. But it is understandable that any idea taken to radicalism will doubtlessly evoke upbraidings. I like the exposure to the works - poems and short stories - of other authors, but I would not spend more than $5 for this.

P.s. Initially, I had rated a 3 stars. Upon finishing the book, I went back to change it to 1 star. This is because later on in the book, Brad starts contradicting himself with earlier points be made. Furthermore, without endless and frivolous repetition of some ideas - some cliches worn out by being slightly rephrased to hit some imaginary word limit - this "book" could possibly be condensed into an article.
