London is juggling her completely irresponsible, giddy attraction to a dangerous man alongside her challenging duty as guardian to her druggie cousin's wayward teen daughter, Jessica; the two collide when Jessica runs afoul of a ruthless drug cartel. Reese might be the only one who can save London's impossible young charge, but he's also the one her life or death hinges on. With London's many foolish choices and Reese's borderline misogynistic views, both are hard to like, but fascinating club details and quick pacing hold the attention.

I so excited to finally know more about the sexy Picnic!
The long awaited story of Picnic Reese Hayes prez of the Reapers MC is here. I had to put off reading this book instead of diving in on release day. The wait far exceeded my imagination.
I always love immersing myself in Joanna Wylde’s MC world the characters are colourful and different capturing the readers imagination. The MC men can be scary, intimating, yet protective, obsessed and loving to their women and oh I forgot most definitely HOT!
In Reaper’s Stand Joanna Wylde writes snippets of information handing out small pieces to the larger puzzle having the reader asking so many question they wonder how it will all fit together. Then when the puzzle starts to take shape the reader is thinking “so that’s how it all is” . There are most certainly surprises and lots of action. There are also moments when the reader's heart breaks feeling for the characters and they circumstance.
In one week Reese Hayes Picnic and London Armstrong’s lives are shaken up.
Picnic the prez of Reaper’s MC is a widower who decided when his wife died that he would never take on a new Old Lady so he fills his nights with one night stands. After seeing London Armstrong the women who’s company has taken on cleaning services for the club he becomes obsessed with her. He keeps his distance until one night when London shows up at the Armoury insisting he help her find her young cousin. Their attraction is simmering and with events that keep bringing them together the attraction finally explodes.
Just as they start their relationship their worlds become storms out of control. The Reaper’s club faces the fact the the war with the cartel is about to begin. At the same time London’s life starts unrevealing. Will decisions Picnic and London have to make tear them apart or bring them together?
Joanna Wylde weaves this captivating story with emotions making the reader laugh at the most unusual moments and want to cry at others.
She also leave me always wanting more by introducing new character the peak my interest.
