A little known treasure lurks in the north of India. In a town known for its planning, only one person planned to turn garbage into art. The Amazing Rock Garden of Chandigarh is a sight to see, and Famed Photographer Janet Engelhard takes you there to gape at the colors, the ingenuity and the sheer scope of 40 acres of labyrinths, waterfalls and above all else, statues.
