Better and Better
Half way through this series I wandered if I was going to finish it. It wasn’t that I hadn’t liked it up to that point but that I wasn’t sure if there was that much story left to tell. I was wrong. I’m now wishing that the next book wasn’t the last. I’m totally invested in the core group that has made it this far and the thought that some of them might not make it to the end is crushing.
So I’m about to begin the last book with some trepidation but also eagerness that the “good guys?” are finally going to bring the aliens to their knees or get turned into fertilizer for their algae farms? Either way this has been a great read.
Breakers: "Relapse" book 7
A hell of a continuation of the series through this book, the second last of the series. That sees many of the loose ends, and tyrants, tied up. Well, tied up in the sense that they were soundly thrashed in battle. The characters are strong as ever, the series, through this book, continues to be a great read. I recommend this book to all post apocalyptic buffs out there, you won't be disappointed !
