Reset

It used to be that when you pressed the “Reset” button on a video game console a "Loading..." screen would appear along with a progress bar indicating 1-100%. This book is based on my own Reset. I experienced a mental and physical breakdown and Reset discusses its affects on my life including times of dark depression, panic attacks and debilitating anxiety. It is the story of my Breakdown journey and the experiences I've had in pursuit of Hope and Healing. Accompanying my own story in Reset are the stories of 18 other people who share their stories of burnout, breakdown and other forms of suffering, and most importantly, how they have found (or are beginning to find) Hope, Healing, Redemption and Rescue in their own personal life-journeys. For those of you who are suffering this book was written to tell you that you are NOT alone. Maybe by reading our journeys you can begin to find the path to Hope and Healing in yours.
