Resource Recovery Handbook

Resource Recovery Handbook provides a complete introductory overview of modern resource recovery issues and a framework for future exploration and implementation. This new handbook combines three previously released WEF resources— Water Reuse Roadmap, Nutrient Roadmap, and Energy Roadmap— and lends itself to WEF' s Circular Water Economy initiative. It covers the latest technologies as they relate to water, nutrients, energy, and other resources available for recovery within wastewater systems. Planners, managers, elected officials, academic researchers, engineers, and operators will all find useful and practical guidance on converting their wastewater utility into a resource recovery facility.
