The more things change
The more they stay the same
This is about what things are
Not what things are not

It's about whom I've loved; still love
Not those who have loved me not
It's about remembering
Not that which is forgotten

It's either I love or I love not
What I love and hold
Not what I have forgot
Or that which is cold and dark

It's about those who stay
Not for those who run
For persons born, yet unseen
And those who dare follow their dreams

Followers of the course of winners
Beware of the pretenders
Enjoy the rainbow whether young or old
Never chase the pot of gold
