Publisher Description

A jury convicted Richard Joseph Haddad of obscenity and assessed a six months jail sentence and a fine of $2000. In five points of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in: (1) not granting a mistrial during voir dire; (2) instructing the jury on the law of parties; (3) admitting explicit sexual videotapes; and (4) admitting extraneous offenses. Appellant also contends the evidence is insufficient to affirmatively connect him as a party to the offense.
